Zimmer Biomet is a publicly traded medical device company based in Warsaw, Indiana.
Faced with various challenges related to the changes in the orthopedic market, Zimmer Biomet needed to revamp its customer relationship management (CRM) strategy and develop a digital marketing strategy.
Utilizing our proven framework for strategy development, we worked with the sales organization at Zimmer Biomet and facilitated a series of workshops. In addition, Zimmer Biomet’s capabilities to adjust to these challenges with its existent infrastructure and processes, vis-a-vis its competition, were assessed.
Our work resulted in the development of a long-term strategy for Zimmer Biomet, which included a strategic plan for the expansion and usage of its CRM system infrastructure. This was also integrated in a long-term digital marketing strategy.
At the end of this engagement, the Zimmer Biomet executive team approved the implementation of the strategy over the subsequent two years. Furthermore, consequent to the approval of the strategy, we also helped Zimmer Biomet in making significant improvements to its CRM infrastructure.
