A multispecialty healthcare practice with over twenty locations was looking to open new facilities within a 100-mile area. It had several real estate opportunities but did not know what would be the best location to attract new patients.
We used the Points Group Catch Basin Analyzer tool to analyze the practice’s current locations and the potential new locations. By finding demographic patterns in its current top performing locations, we looked for zip codes with similar demographics. This enabled us to eliminate one of the locations under consideration and confirm a greater potential in a different neighborhood in which the practice was seeking to expand.
