Points Group Opens Office in United Arab Emirates
The opening of the new office marks the next milestone in a longer-term strategy serving the international healthcare industry with solutions designed to help medical practices grow in a global economy.
“Historically, healthcare providers have not necessarily been seen as companies that have to worry about the globalization of business,” says Points Group CEO, Thomas Hofstetter. “This has changed over the past few years as medical tourism has increased drastically and major healthcare providers have become brands in demand internationally.”
Companies like Johns Hopkins and the Cleveland Clinic have invested heavily internationally in recent years. Big opportunities are now developing for even smaller healthcare providers, enabling them to benefit from the global trends in healthcare. One example of such opportunity is medical tourism. Highly specialized practices are able to attract patients at an international level for very specific procedures, greatly expanding their target patient base. By opening a third office in as many countries, Points Group has expanded its capabilities to serve practices in finding patients around the globe.
Points Group has many years of international experience in healthcare and seeks to serve companies and governments in finding cutting edge solutions for their challenges in the healthcare industry. Currently the company has locations in Morristown, NJ, about 40 miles from New York City, and Berlin, Germany. With the addition of an office in the U.A.E., Points ability to service clients in North America and Europe will expand to new clients and opportunities in the Middle East.
