- Example 1: Client was involved in the healthcare industry and was indicted on Medicare Fraud and served a sentence of less than one year. Many years later, newspaper articles depicting client’s arrest and mugshots had appeared on page 1 of search results for his name. We successfully removed all negative references from page 1 for multiple variations of the individual’s name.
- Example 2: Client is a big healthcare provider with very specific poor reviews. This presented an issue for the client, as people looking for the practice by name would see the reviews, resulting in decreased business for the practice. Points created a comprehensive strategy to address negative listings by addressing the concerns directly and implementing customer service training. An online campaign was then created to suppress negative listings through positive PR, social media campaigns, and additional means effectively pushing negative reviews off of the first page of search results.
